Our pricing policy: Is carefully considered to reflect value to our customers, commitment to our artisan makers and our independent status.

 

Refund policy: If you decide that you are not 100% happy with your R&H purchase, you have the option to return your items for a full refund or exchange within 7 days along side your proof of receipt. Beyond 7 days to 14 days of purchase we will issue you with a full R&H credit note valid for 6 months. Granted refunds will have to be refunded to the same credit card as shown on the receipt.

 

Stock condition: Returned or exchanged products must be in the original saleable condition with all packaging and labels as you received them.

 

Faulty Items: Returns of faulty items will be accepted if unused for a full refund or exchange. Items deemed to be fair wear and tear, will not be refunded.

 

Policy details

 

Alex Monroe jewellery faulty returns policy: If the jewellery has been worn it will be sent direct to Alex Monroe for inspection and repaired at the studio and sent out to the customer. If the AM deems the fault down to wear and tear the customer will pay for the repair.

 

Natural Form items-Due to the nature of such items made from wood, sheepskin and hide R&H will be unable to except returns on such items, outside of the 14 day return policy.

 

Electrical Items: If used R&H will return directly back to the supplier for repair or a replacement.

 

Light bulbs: Are non-returnable due to the nature of the product.

 

Furniture: Is non refundable unless faulty.

 

Privacy Policy: R&H take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order or notify you of shop information. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
